Nursing Services:

Sunrise Home Care provides home care services with a holistic approach. Our nurses
provide the highest quality of skilled nursing care. Our nursing staff is committed to giving
compassionate care to each and every patient according to individual requirements.

Wound Care Program:

Our wound care program is performed and managed by a dedicated team of Registered
Nurses and licensed Physical Therapists with vast experience in wound care for pressure,
ulcer, diabetic, surgical wounds, etc.

Physical Therapy:

A licensed Physical Therapist evaluates the patient’s physical & mobility status; establishes
and upgrades treatment plans, and renders therapy. Physical therapy programs help patients
with various orthopedic, neurological and post-surgical conditions to get back to an
independent lifestyle. Physical Therapists also instruct and supervise Physical Therapist’s
Assistants. Every patient is also provided with a home exercise program.

Occupational Therapy:

A licensed Occupational Therapist evaluates the patient’s physical functioning in self-care
and activities of daily living, range of motion, and gross/fine motor coordination of the upper
extremities. Occupational Therapists work on improving the function, endurance, and
precision of motion and muscle power of the upper extremities. Occupational Therapists also
design, fabricate, and fit orthotic and self-help devices. Hand therapy is provided by a
licensed Occupational Therapist.

Speech Therapy:

Speech Pathologists work on the evaluation of the type, cause, and the severity of speech,
language, and swallowing disorders. The primary purpose is to rehabilitate communicatively
disordered persons through an appropriate program of speech, language and voice
rehabilitation.

Medical Social Worker:

Our Medical Social Workers assist you and your loved ones in obtaining community
resources, long term planning, counseling and making important decisions.
